So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:18When we admit to another person the exact nature of our wrongs we begin to understand what it means to put our security in God. The things we have experienced are brought forward. Our deepest secrets are exposed. Many of us have never been this open with another person. We step out in faith and in the knowledge that this is what God wants for us. To be totally honest with someone else. This level of intimacy with God and another person is powerful. We begin to understand that we are not alone and that we were never alone. God has been moving us. We are right here in this moment because God is the lord of our life. We trust that we are His Children and that he wants us to be fully open about the wounds we have experienced. We confess our sin and God then can do His work of healing us.God Bless you and have a wonderful weekend!!!!

Good morning my peoples blessings upon you, family, friends, and foes alike. Thank you LORD for including my family and I on your wake up list. Father God forgive me for my transgressions, give me the strength and wisdom to seek you 24×7. #WeArePR #GODFIRST #WeDareToCare #RISETOGRACE #HUMANSHELPINGHUMANS #SAVEOURYOURTH #BREAKINGBARRIERS Luke 24:32“They asked each other, “Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?”Father, I want to be on fire with love, passion, and a heart for You. I don’t want to fall into Christian complacency, ritual obligations, or monotony. I want my heart to be fully alive. I ask for that to happen now. I want to walk with You and talk with You. I want to praise You and honor You with my whole heart. Father, I want to connect with You deeply and intimately. I want to be awakened to the fullness of Your love. I ask You to awaken me now. I want to see You. I want to know that it is You walking with me and not miss You. Give me a heart to pursue You, eyes to see You, and ears to hear what the Holy Spirit is saying. Let my light shine so bright that all will see You working through me and glorify Your Name.In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.Rise To Grace...

Twenty years from now you'll be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones that you did.Do you agree? Thoughts!

Warrior Dog Foundation Mike Ritland repost; You shouldn't own a dog, if you aren't willing to put in the time, effort, and training it takes to have a great relationship with your dog, As I mentioned in "TEAM DOG," when people reach out to me for help with their dog, one common excuse I hear all the time is, "I don't have the time." Well, I can assure you, you do have the time. What you don't have is your priorities in the order they need to be to have a great relationship with your dog. If that's not something you want to have, then you probably shouldn't own a dog. If it is, then rearrange the priorities in your life to be able to do that. The bottom line is, that if your dog isn’t doing what he is supposed to or what you want him to, it’s not the dog’s fault. It’s YOUR fault, for not properly communicating to him what you need him to do, not spending the time needed to train him properly, or not being observant enough to recognize early on when and how your relationship may be out of balance.TEAM DOG is currently discounted now at Amazon - http://amzn.to/1Cfh7UE

Corporal Eubaldo A. Lovato braved a room full of insurgents, that tanks and rockets couldn’t dislodge or destroy, to retrieve the body of fellow Marine. On November 15, 2004 Cpl Lovato and the Marines of Alpha Co, 1/8 were clearing houses in Fallujah. As his squad finished clearing their sector, Lovato learned the fate of a Marine in another squad. LCpl Travis Desiato entered a house full of barricaded insurgents. They killed Desiato, then dragged his body deeper into the room. Lovato knew him well. “He had a death note for his wife and I knew I needed to get that and his wedding ring,” Lovato later told a local new station. Lovato moved around the enemy stronghold gathering grenades and munitions. Rounds from inside the house passed through his pocket and rifle sling. A tank arrived and fired into the window. The Marines fired rockets into the room as well. Every time they approached, enemy fire still poured out of the house. Undeterred, Lovato grabbed grenades and led a group of NCOs back into the house. Twice the insurgents drove them back. On the third attempt, Lovato’s grenades and point-blank rifle fire finally overwhelmed the enemy. Desiato’s body was successfully recovered. Two years later, Lovato received a Bronze Star with “V” for his actions. In 2017, 13 years after the action, Lovato’s citation came under review and deemed worth of an upgrade to the Silver Star.“To be completely honest, I don’t deserve this,” Lovato said at his award ceremony. “I didn’t do anything different than what I was trained to do. But I appreciate it and I am going to wear it proudly because the person who does deserve this wasn’t able to make it home. He was a 19-year-old kid from Massachusetts who had just gotten married. I am going to wear this Silver Star for him. He is the one that made the ultimate sacrifice.”#battlesightzero #bzo #history #military #militaryhistory #veteran #veterans #america #usmc #marinecorps #marines #semperfi #semperfidelis #silverstar #oif #operationiraqifreedom #fallujah

Corporal Jason Clairday jumped a 4 foot gap between houses 3 stories up to rescue a wounded Marine on the roof of an enemy stronghold in Fallujah. He then fiercely led multiple assaults to take the house, suffering mortal wounds. For his incredible determination and heroism, Clairday was posthumously awarded the Navy Cross."...serving as Fire Team Leader, 1st Squad, 2d Platoon, Company K, Third Battalion, Fifth Marines, during Operation IRAQI FREEDOM on 12 December 2004. While conducting a security sweep in the Askari District of Al Fallujah, a platoon-sized insurgent force engaged 3d Platoon. Cpl Clairday immediately repositioned his men and jumped a four foot gap three stories up onto the roof of the enemy stronghold where a mortally wounded Marine lay, isolated by the enemy. After throwing several fragmentation grenades, Cpl Clairday fiercely led the attack into the house. He was immediately hit with enemy AK-47 rifle fire in both legs and fell into the kill zone. Under heavy enemy fire, he continued to aggressively engage the enemy while extracting himself from the doorway. Without regard for his own wounds, he rejoined the squad making entry and entered the house a second time. Once inside, he took control of the stack and repositioned himself in the front while suppressing the enemy using fragmentation grenades and his rifle. Again, without concern for his own safety, Cpl Clairday led the Marines into the room where he single-handedly attacked the insurgents and received mortal wounds. His courageous actions enabled reinforcing assault elements to destroy the insurgent position. By his outstanding display of decisive leadership, unlimited courage in the face of heavy enemy fire, and utmost devotion to duty, Corporal Clairday reflected great credit upon himself and upheld the highest traditions of the Marine Corps and the United States Naval Service."#battlesightzero #bzo #history #military #militaryhistory #veteran #veterans #america #usmc #marinecorps #marines #semperfi #semperfidelis #oif #operationiraqifreedom #navycross #3rdbattalion5thmarines
