Can I use 1-800 CONTACTS to order contacts? Yes, to get the most out of your vision insurance benefits, and avoid filing any claims by buying your contacts online at Eyeconic, where VSP members have access to additional discounts and savings.

If you have vision insurance, you can use the coverage to buy or lower your cost for prescription eyeglasses. Most plans, including VSP insurance, provide a higher benefit for glasses, allowing for the cost of both frames and lenses and usually amounting to almost double to what is given for contact lenses.

1-800 Contacts price matches with the lowest price you can find online for the same product. Ordering from them will likely cost about the same, or a little bit less, than ordering from your optometrist's office.

Contact Member Services at 800.877. 7195 for help submitting a claim online or by mail. You don't need to fill out a claim form when you see a VSP network eye doctor or provider. The doctor or provider will submit the claim directly to VSP for processing after your appointment.
