As Insurance professional in our Insurance Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe team, you’ll work with key industry players in the Insurance sectors around the world. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic fast-paced environment of challenge, growth and continuous. Your responsibilities
- Drive our insurance platform projects, creating solutions that will redefine the sector and positively impact client experiences.
- Define, develop, and test architectures, capabilities, and processes to deliver state of the art solutions.
- Advise Insurance carriers on cost reduction, operating model design, and business process optimization using forward-thinking and growth driven mindset.
- Support clients in a digital transformation of key capabilities, building relationships with global Accenture teams.
- Use analytical skills to clarify complex issues, gather data-driven insights, and collaborate with the best minds in the industry.
Our requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant Financial Services or consulting experience, preferably in Insurance domain.
- Relevant experience in Non-Life Insurance or Life Insurance: Insurance Platform & Ecosystem (Guidewire, DuckCreek, TIA, Prophet, Salesforce), IT systems implementation, systems integration/data migration, digital solutions, AI, Automation.
- Experience as Business Analyst, Solution Architect or Tester in front-end application delivery.
- Strong communicator with fluency in English.
- Natural leader: proactive in skill enhancement and easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Team player who enjoys intellectual stimulation and collaboration with global colleagues. Committed to constant progress.
- Digitally savvy, forward-thinking, and growth-driven, with good time management skills and ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously

Working conditions
- Employment contract (Umowa o pracę)
- Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.
- We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
